Matt Costley, India Sunderland and Andy Watkins head up Younger Youth with a fantastic team. Leaders from all over the world (the team includes leaders from Australia, South Africa, Scotland & New Zealand), ranging from students to high-flying investment bankers, congregate every weekend to lead the Youth programme.

Friday Nights

Younger Youth meet fortnightly for their action-packed social programme, which includes activities such as progressive dinners, sports nights, BBQs and small group social events. 7:30pm-9:30pm fortnightly

Sundays

Younger Youth meets at THREE services on a Sunday:

• 9:30am at HTB Brompton Rd – starts approx 9:45am, after family worship & HTB News, in the Hut
• 11:30am at HTB Brompton Rd – starts 11:30am in the Hut
• 16:30* at HTB Onslow Square – starts approx 5pm, after the worship & HTB News, in Zebedee Hall

This term we will be looking at the themes of ‘Leadership’ in the first part of term and ‘Jesus Uncut’ in the second half.

A typical session involves a lot of fun and clowning around (in a sensible way of course), a time of worship together, interesting talks, and discussions in groups with others your age, washed down with hot chocolate and muffins. 9:30am-11am, 11:30am-1pm, or 4:30-6pm weekly.

PENTECOST 2012 – Friday 18 May
Pentecost 2012 promises to be one of the highlights of the year. It is a big gathering of London churches celebrating Pentecost in worship, prayer and unity. Last year thousands gathered at the O2; this year we descend upon Earl’s Court – a little closer to HTB! Worship will be led by Hillsong, HTB and Jesus House and Nicky Gumbel, Gary Clarke, and Pastor Agu will be hosting the night. We would love all of you to attend, and your families as well!

FOCUS 2012 – 21-27 July
Focus is our church’s annual week away together. This past year was undoubtedly the biggest and best Focus ever, and we had a great week with the youth. We very much hope that every HTB Youth member will come (ie you!), so please do save the dates. Booking is open  - www.htb.org.uk/focus
