WHAT LIES AT THE HEART OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP?
ARE THERE UNIVERSAL VALUES OF GOOD LEADERSHIP?
HOW DO WE BUILD & NURTURE A LEADERSHIP TEAM?
HOW CAN I HELP MY CHURCH TO GROW?
HOW DO WE CONNECT WITH YOUNG PEOPLE?
HOW CAN WE IMPACT OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY?

The tide is turning - pockets of recovery and growth in the church are beginning to be seen across the UK, such as in London where the latest research shows the church to be growing.

Effective church leadership will be essential to see these promising signs of growth accelerated and fulfilled, and for the nation to be transformed. This new conference will look at the values and principles which underpin effective leadership in the church.

Behind Alpha lies a parish church. Over the last 30 years HTB has grown steadily under successive leadership teams, which have planted numerous churches and pioneered the Alpha course, as well as many other global ministries.

The conference is aimed at senior leaders and their teams from all churches, regardless of denomination, size or missional context.

Across the two days there will be ‘Leadership Labs’ on all the different ministries of the church, as well as the opportunity to get to know others within various ministry ‘streams’.

Join us in London for a church conference like no other!
