The Alpha Conference is designed to equip people starting out running Alpha to set up successful Alpha courses in their church. It also is for those already running Alpha, who want to improve the quality of their course and for senior pastors running Alpha in their churches who would like some additional training.

  • Specific seminars allow you the flexibility to find out more about areas you’re interested in including Prayer and Worship on Alpha, Getting Started, and Developing Alpha for Forces.
  • A practical new seminar on “How to Give A Good Live Talk”
  • Meet and hear the experiences of those running Alpha in over 50 countries as the conference is running in conjunction with the biennial Alpha EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Week
  • A Marketplace with representatives from various Alpha ministries and other associated charities available to visit during the breaks
  • A model Alpha session, demonstrating how Alpha looks in action and the model used at HTB

Speakers will be Nicky Gumbel, Vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton.

 

 

 

 

Sandy Millar, priest-in-charge of St Mark's Tollington Park and an assistant Bishop in the diocese of London.

 

 

 

 

Worship will be led by Tim Hughes, Director of Worship at Holy Trinity Brompton as well as head of Worshipcentral.
