Chalets
Chalets are at ground level, with an en-suite bathroom. All chalets are fully equipped with bed linen, polyester pillows, either duvets (50% polyester cotton, 50% hollow fibre) or blankets, coat hangers (you might want to bring more), shaving point (only in some chalets - so it is suggested you bring your own adapter), electrical point, kettle, crockery, welcome pack of coffee, tea etc (bring extra supplies if required), and cots (if requested on booking form).
All chalets have an en-suite bathroom with combination bath and shower. Guests are advised to bring soap and additional towels. Pontin’s towels are white, so to avoid confusion please bring non-white towels.
Each chalet has a television set. Please note there are no net curtains in the windows.
If you have very young children it is suggested that you bring waterproof sheets.
Should you have any problems or requests regarding linen, please contact the Housekeeper via Reception. The Linen Room is situated in the
kitchen yard, which is on the north side of the restaurant building, and is open daily from 8.30am - 8pm for chalet queries. Please feel free to visit the Linen Room for extra towels and loo roll.
A list of all guests with their chalet numbers will be held at Reception.
The chalets will be serviced on Monday and Thursday.
If you are an early riser, please note that the hot water is timed to go on at 6.30am.
There are no single occupancy chalets. If you would like to stay in single occupancy accommodation we recommend you contact a local B&B.
