General Terms & Conditions

Home Focus is a half-board week long holiday primarily for members of Holy Trinity Brompton.

Pre-registration is essential. Guests arriving at Home Focus without a confirmed booking will not be admitted.

Submission of the booking form does not constitute confirmed registration. Guests will be contacted as soon as possible to advise them of the status of their booking. Guests will be advised at this time if they have been placed on a waiting list.

Bookings are non-transferable.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing in adherence with the Cancellation Policy.

Pets

No pets are allowed on-site.

Smoking

All venues and chalets at Home Focus are strictly non-smoking. Smokers over the age of 16 may smoke outside venues and chalets.

Drugs

We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be sent home immediately.

We reserve the right to escort any individual off the site.
