The HTB Leadership Conference at the Royal Albert Hall ended with a time of prayer led by Pete Greig last night.

More than 4,300 delegates attended the two-day event and heard from guest speakers Tony Blair; Rick Warren, author of The Purpose Driven Life; the Bishop of London; Judah Smith; Christine Caine; High Court Judge Sir Paul Coleridge; and Hector Sants, Chief Executive of the Financial Services Authority among dozens of other leaders and experts in their field.

Worship was led by Tim Hughes and the HTB band and choir.

The final session was an interview with Rick Warren who addressed the question, "What advice do you have to the leader of a rural parish with a small elderly congregation?"

Next year's HTB Leadership Conference will be held at the Royal Albert Hall from May 13-14. Speakers will include Bill Hybels and author Patrick Lencioni.
