ITV’s new three-part series on the Alpha course presented by Sir David Frost is to start this month on Sunday, November 25 at 11pm.

The series is a follow-up to the 10-part series Alpha: Will It Change Their Lives?, which followed a group of ten guests on Alpha and was broadcast in the summer of 2001.

The new series, Alpha: Did It Change Their Lives?, looks back at their experiences and interviews them all afresh six years on.

Alpha: Did It Change Their Lives? is scheduled to be broadcast on ITV1 for three consecutive Sundays: 25 November at 11pm, 2 December at midnight and 9 December at 11:30pm.
