St. Paul's 6pm service is launched
26 Sep 2007
More than 200 people attended the first Sunday evening service at St Paul's Onslow Square for more than five years on Sunday, September 23 at 6pm.
The service was led by Al Gordon and Liz Clark and was held 'in the round', with the stage in the middle of the church and most people sitting on the floor, with chairs around the outside.
A café served smoothies, hot drinks and cakes to the congregation both before and after the service.
The main talk was delivered by Jamie Haith on a big screen – a recording of his talk at the 5pm service at Holy Trinity Brompton. The new congregation is made up chiefly from seven HTB pastorates.
