    Q. What is your ticket cancellation policy?
    A. In compliance with European Distance Selling Regulations, customers are entitled to cancel their order by written notice, including email, within seven working days from the date the tickets were purchased. If you wish to cancel your ticket purchase after this time, we can transfer your tickets to the next date for the same conference.

    Q. Why haven't I had a booking confirmation?
    A. Please check your email inbox and junk filter as most of our bookings are confirmed by email. If you did not provide an email address, the information will be posted to you. If you would like another copy, please call 0207 052 0440 or email your request to events@htb.org.uk

    Q. Are there any places left for a conference?
    A. Please assume there are places available unless the website states otherwise.

    Q. Where can I park?
    Due to our location in central location, on-site parking will only be available for disabled guests. For details of local parking facilities and prices please visit http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/sw7_1ja/

    Q. Where can I stay?
    A. Although free accommodation cannot be provided for conference delegates, a list of affordable accommodation within easy reach of HTB can be found at http://www.htb.org.uk/accommodation_general

    Q. Will there be childcare available?
    No. Unfortunately we are unable to provide childcare for any of our guests.

    Q. How old should I be to attend an event at HTB?
    HTB offers a wide range of conferences and events that cover a variety of topics and we encourage anyone who is interested to attend, regardless of their age and/or background. However, due to high noise levels at certain events, we would suggest that guests should be at least 13 years of age. Please contact us at events@htb.org.uk if you are unsure.

    Q. How do I volunteer?
    A. If you would like to volunteer for a conference, please go to http://www.htb.org.uk/get-connected/teams

    Q. Can you send me a letter of invitation?
    A. It is our experience that visas are rarely granted for a one or two-day conference, so we do not issue letters of invitation for HTB Conferences. You can purchase all conference resources at www.alphashop.org or view the list of training conferences offered in many different countries at http://www.alphafriends.org/events

    Q. Can I apply for a bursary?
    A. Delegates are welcome to apply for a bursary of 50% off conference fees with a letter of support from their church or organisation. Please post it to HTB Events, Holy Trinity Brompton, Brompton Road, London SW7 1JA.
