Acts1:14Prayer is vital to everything we do as a church.
The foundation of our corporate prayer activity is our regular prayer and worship meetings where we pray for HTB, Alpha, the Church and the nation(s). We meet at 7am on Tuesdays and 7pm on Thursdays in the term times and 7pm on Wednesdays in the holidays for an hour of prayer and worship on each occasion. There are also various other prayer events and opportunities to pray which will be promoted at church and listed below.
Regular Prayer and Worship
These meetings will run until Thursday 24 July.

The Prayer Ministry Training Course
The Prayer Ministry Training Course is a three session introduction for members of HTB, to praying for others in the power of the Spirit. At HTB we place a high emphasis on every member of the church being able to minister in this way. In this course we aim to train and release as many people as possible in prayer ministry. The cost of the course is £12 and this includes supper and course notes.
The next course runs on Thursdays 5th, 12th and 19th June 2008.

Prayer For Your Work Place
An opportunity to pray for those in the workplace and for those concerned to meet, encourage, and support one another. Every other week, at our Tuesday morning prayer meeting, we will be praying for those at HTB involved in a specific area of work. The prayer meeting will be followed by a Networking Breakfast hosted by Nicky Gumbel, for those involved in that particular field. The fields are: Healthcare, Science & Research, Law, Creativity & Arts, Politics, Government and Public Service, Finance and the City, Education & Childcare, Fashion, Sales & Retail, Professional Services, Consulting & HR, IT & Telecoms, Tourism, Sport & Leisure, Hospitality, Food & Catering, Media, Marketing & Communications, Charity Sector, Building, Property & Construction, Manufacturing, Energy & Transport
