Have you ever been addicted to Drugs, Alcohol, Gambling, Pornography, Eating, or some other compulsive behaviour? Have you, with God’s help, begun to experience breaking free from its influence? Would you like to help others who are currently struggling?

The Recovery Course is a 16-session Christ-centred programme based on the 12 Steps used by Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous and in 2008 a number of courses are being planned, some of them in prisons.

It would be an advantage if you have done the 12 Steps yourself, but it is by no means a necessity. What is more important is that you know what it is to struggle with addiction and are prepared to openly share your journey with others and are prepared to commit yourself to helping on a course that lasts four months.
