    Course Full

The School of Theology is our introductory course to theology. It is perfect for anyone who has just completed the Alpha course, for home group leaders and pastors and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the Bible, grow their faith and develop as disciples of Jesus Christ. We hope you will join us on Saturday Mornings.

Students are now able to sign up for one term at a time. You can also mix and match the tracks; for instance, doing Bibletrack 1 in term one and Lifetrack 2 in term two.

For new Christians we would recommend starting with the BibleTrack 1 in the Autumn term or LifeTrack 2 in the Spring term, although these tracks are also helpful for those who have been Christians for a while.  As well as making new friends in each track there is also a chance to get to know people better with an optional lunch after the formal part of the morning has finished.

The first session of the Spring term 2013 will begin on the 2nd February. Applications are now closed for Spring 2013.  Applicaitons for the Autumn term 2013 will open in early May.

For an overview of the tracks in 2012-13 please see the information below:

    Lifetrack 1: Big Questions

Faithtrack 2: Christian Ethics This is a new track for 2012-13 and will look at a Christian approach to difficult issues such as Euthanasia, Abortion and Sexuality. Topics will also include 'Should Christians be Pacifists?' and 'Wealth and Poverty.'

    Lifetrack 2: Discipleship
This track is particularly appropriate for new Christians but is also helpful to those who have been Christians awhile. It will look at topics such as ‘Prayer’ and 'Renewal of the mind.’
